Settings
The Settings area allows you to configure various aspects of Vector Data Loader.
Settings Navigation
Access settings from the Settings item in the sidebar navigation, or through the user menu (click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner). Settings opens the Settings overview page. While any Settings page is open, a Settings group appears in the sidebar.
Sidebar Settings Menu

| Profile | Update your display name, avatar, and job title |
| Organization | Manage organization details, members, and account closure |
| Projects | Manage project organization |
| Vector store | Configure where vectors are stored |
| Embedding | Choose your embedding provider, and configure multimodal image extraction and visual search |
| LLM | Configure the AI model for RAG chat |
| Sync | Configure sync behavior |
| Notifications | Choose which operational alerts send you email |
| Usage | Monitor your usage statistics and quotas |
| Billing | View credits, purchase packages, transaction history |
User Menu Quick Access
Click your profile avatar to access:
